For those that need instructions:

1. Dial the number: 404-656-1776
2. The nice lady answers.
3. Greet her respectfully with your name
4. Request that she note your favor FOR House Bill 89.
5. She will add you to her list, and you wish each other a good day!

Total time: 30 seconds!
