[GPSL-Tradingpost] Zipper replacement

Hope that has everyone's attention.
 
I went cheap and bought a 3 day backpack from Cheaper than Dirt last summer.  I can hear your groans. 
 
I just pulled it out and the main zipper is Tango Uniform.  They won't exchange it after 30 days, so that's my last purchase with them unless they start giving away 5.56mm...
 
I'd like to replace the zipper for less than the $50 the bag cost with a nice #10 YKK zippers.
 
Anybody have a good suggestion for a tailor or shoe repair shop that could accommodate something like this?
 
Duluth/Norcross-Lawrenceville/Lilburn area.
