All,
I have to share this with you.
 
I am sure most of you know about Dillon's No BS Warranty.
I had limited experience with it when I first bought my RL550B about 2  years 
ago, they replaced a few items that were missing from unit,  FOC, and I had 
even bought the unit from them, but locally, as it was  used already (I am 
guessing it was already 2-3 years old).
 
Recently I started to experience automatic primer feed problems, which  
turned out to be due to the fixing screws that hold the automatic primer feed  
housing to the frame of the press, being stripped out, one was barely holding  the 
screw in, the other just about to give up as well, this was causing un-due  
twist to the primer slide (which was also badly worn, due to lots of use) and  
wear to the primer slide bearing.
 
I contacted them via e-mail (04/03/07) and detailed my problems and  
concerns, by the Friday (040607) all the parts I could possibly need to rectify  my 
problem were at my door, FOC, and shipped free of charge too. I stripped my  
machine and rebuilt it with the new parts, and now she is singing again, it's a  
good feeling to have a machine that works as you expect it too.
 
What service, I know of no other company in any field that has this level  of 
service, no wonder they have so much repeat/loyal customers. I thought it  
only fitting that I share this with you, in some way of thanking Dillon. 
Buy their products, they are great people to do business with, I know I  will 
in the future.....
